Now Hiring: Bilingual Steel Erection Safety Manager

Trivent Safety Consulting is looking for an experienced, Safety Manager to provide hands-on safety leadership across our steel erection projects in Austin, Dallas, TX.

This is not a desk-only position. We need someone who can be present on our job sites, work directly with field crews, conduct training, maintain required safety documentation, and help ensure that our employees go home safely every day.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day safety oversight on active steel erection projects

Conduct employee safety training, toolbox talks, and jobsite orientations

Train field employees on required safety procedures and paperwork

Review and maintain jobsite safety documentation

Perform jobsite inspections and identify unsafe conditions

Work directly with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and field employees

Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions

Support compliance with OSHA requirements and company safety policies

Travel to projects throughout the Texas Area from time to time

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of safety experience in the steel erection industry

Bilingual - English/Spanish

OSHA 30 certification

OSHA 510 certification

CHST,CSSS,CSST - Proffered

Strong understanding of steel erection hazards, fall protection, crane operations, rigging, and construction safety

Ability to communicate effectively with field employees and management

Strong organizational and safety-documentation skills

Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites
